Job Description
Arnold Magnetic Technologies is a leading global manufacturer of high-performance permanent magnets, flexible composites, electromagnets, magnetic assemblies, and precision thin metal foils. Arnold's magnets, metals, and systems are used in high-efficiency electric motors and generators, sensors, batteries, and more. Perform highly diversified and complex work. Set up and operate all standard machine tools on progressive machining operations for parts, equipment, tools, etc., which operations may involve some experimental and development work. Plan, lay out and perform necessary operations, working from sketches, blueprints or other instructions to construct, alter or repair tools, dies, fixtures and special purpose equipment. Perform all necessary operations using Machine Shop equipment such as Milling, Lathes, Surface Grinder, O.D. Grinder, Saws, etc. Knowledge of inspection equipment such as Calipers, Indicators, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges and Digital Read Outs. Perform other duties related to this position as assigned.
