Perform daily shop inspections and preventive maintenance Exposure to metal fabrication, welding (Stick, MIG and TIG) Ability to weld aluminum and steel Performs all tasks in a safe manner Comply with safety rules and company policies Set-Up and get molds ready for each mold change Maintain thermoplastic molds to ensure consistent quality, output and yield Complete daily mold change sheets and other required paperwork Complete/prticipate in any and all PPS activities as directed by Supervisors Communicate effectively with production team member, Team Leaders, Engineers, and Inspectors to ensure quality installation of molds Troubleshoot issues with the molds Perform preventive maintenance on injection mold tooling and prior to mold changes Trouble shoot any problems involved with mold changes Remove and install Hot Runner Service Support Engineers with tool design reviews on new builds Ability to determine feasibilities of engineering changes during design review Must have own tools

Salary and Benefits:
Adler Pelzer offers a competitive pay and benefits package as well as the opportunity to grow one's career. Salary range for this position is up to $43.50/hour. Specific salary is commensurate with experience and factors such as relevant experience, education, certifications and licenses, skills, and training.Benefits include:
