Robotic Welder - Hartland, WI $20-$28/hr | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | Direct Hire A well established manufacturing and tooling company is looking for a Robotic Welder to work on custom tooling, fixtures, fabricated components, and metal assemblies. This position offers the opportunity to work with robotic welding equipment while producing quality components for a precision manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Pay:

$20-$28/hr based on experience

Job Type:

Direct Hire Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment Set up and load components for robotic welding Weld tooling, fixtures, frames, and fabricated metal components Inspect welds and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy Adjust welding parameters and equipment as needed Perform basic troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and finished work Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

Robotic welding experience preferred MIG welding experience Experience with tooling, fixtures, fabrication, or custom metalwork is a plus Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings Familiarity with measuring tools and dimensional inspection Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
