Join Our Growing Team! Fogle's Well Pump & Water Treatment, LLC is a trusted, family-owned company proudly serving homeowners throughout Central Maryland. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Water Treatment & Well Pump Technician to join our team. Whether you have experience in the well and water industry or are looking to start a rewarding long-term career, we'd love to hear from you. Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to provide hands-on training for the right candidate who is eager to learn and committed to delivering excellent service. Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair well pumps and water treatment equipment Install and maintain water softeners, neutralizers, reverse osmosis systems, UV systems, pressure tanks, and related equipment Troubleshoot water system issues and provide effective solutions Perform routine maintenance and inspections Deliver professional, courteous customer service Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site Work safely while following company policies and industry standards Qualifications Previous plumbing, well pump, water treatment, electrical, or mechanical experience is preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Benefits Family-owned, supportive work environment Paid on-the-job training for qualified candidates Paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance (for eligible employees) Simple IRA retirement plan (for eligible employees) Opportunity for long-term career growth with a well-established, 5-star rated company Pay Compensation is based on a case-by-case basis and will be determined according to the applicant's experience, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications.
