You will lead our sales technicians, drive revenue across the market, and stay hands-on with sewer camera inspections to help your team close more jobs. You bring at least five years of plumbing or drain service experience, three years of sales leadership, and a proven track record of hitting sales targets. What You Will Do Each Day Lead and manage drain and sewer sales performance across the market. Conduct sewer camera inspections and support technicians on solution design. Coach and mentor sales technicians on closing strategies and customer communication. Monitor KPIs including average ticket, conversion rates, and revenue performance. Ensure adherence to our structured sales process and service standards. Collaborate with operations leadership to drive efficiency and profitability.
