The company specializes in paneer, ghee, yogurt, and a variety of dairy-based products. With decades of growth, the organization operates CFIA, FDA, and EU-approved facilities and maintains SQF Level 3 certification, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage Clean-in-Place (CIP) programs and sanitation activities Oversee sanitation of HTST (High Temperature Short Time) pasteurizer systems Troubleshoot CIP systems and perform minor mechanical repairs (sensors, air fittings) Monitor sanitation workload and adjust staffing for cleaning operations Track and document chemical usage and ensure safe handling procedures Review and maintain sanitation records, logs, and system charts Conduct sanitation inspections and cleanliness testing Ensure compliance with GMP and standard operating procedures Promote and enforce workplace safety standards Address attendance and performance issues of team members Develop and improve sanitation procedures and policies Collaborate daily with Quality Assurance, Production, and Maintenance teams Maintain effective communication with management Support a positive and proactive team environment Perform other duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience (food manufacturing preferred) 1-2 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments preferred
Knowledge of:
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred Experience with
CIP/HTST
