Job Description
Welder - Production Manufacturing Position Overview We are seeking reliable Production Welders to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position primarily involves MIG welding steel components used in retail shelving and fixtures. Schedule Monday-Friday; Saturdays as needed Day and Night shifts available Overtime opportunities available Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies. Set up and use welding equipment, jigs, and fixtures. Follow work orders, drawings, and production specifications. Inspect welds and finished components for quality. Grind and deburr parts as required. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Meet production and quality standards. Qualifications/Requirements Previous MIG welding or production welding experience preferred. Ability to read basic drawings and follow written instructions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Must be safety-conscious and dependable. Welding training or hands-on experience is a plus.
