Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with welding and a strong attention to detail. This role is essential to the construction of various projects, including building dump truck beds from start to finish. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring high-quality welds and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate MIG welding equipment and other power tools to complete welding projects efficiently and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Use hand tools, including micrometers, to measure and adjust welding equipment as needed.
• Fabricate and assemble various materials, including sheet metal, using a press brake machine and other specialized tools.
• Perform soldering and welding tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Operate a crane or other heavy equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with MIG welding and other welding techniques.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of welding techniques.
• Experience with press brake machines and other specialized tools.
• Ability to operate a crane or other heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
