We are looking for an experienced Aluminum TIG Welder / Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This position is for someone who can do more than just weld. We are looking for a true fabricator who can take a drawing or concept and accurately build a finished product. Qualifications Strong aluminum TIG welding skills Fabrication experience preferred Ability to read and work from drawings and measurements Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality Types of Products You'll Build Aluminum roof racks Tube bumpers Off-road components Van and trailer accessories Custom fabricated aluminum parts Fabrication Skills Our shop requires more than basic welding.

You should be comfortable:

Cutting and drilling material to precise measurements Working accurately in both metric and standard measurements Grinding and finishing aluminum to a clean, professional finish Notching and fitting tubing, including complex angles Reading fabrication drawings and determining how to build a part correctly Experience with any of the following is a plus: Tube benders

• Shears
• Press brakes
• Tube notchers
• Mills
• Lathes
• Bead rollers
• Saws
• Drills and other fabrication equipment Pay & Hiring Pay is based on experience, fabrication ability, welding quality, and overall skill level.
