The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and experience working in a manufacturing or electronics production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components on PCBs. Ensure all soldering work complies with

requirements and customer quality standards. Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality, workmanship, and conformance to specifications. Perform component replacement, rework, and touch-up of electronic assemblies. Use soldering irons, hot air rework stations, microscopes, and other assembly tools safely and effectively. Adhere to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and cleanroom requirements when applicable. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve assembly issues. Required Qualifications Current
