We offer consistent work, a hands-on environment, and opportunities to expand your skills and grow with the company. What You'll Do Complete welding work using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes Build, fit, and assemble fabricated metal components Work from blueprints, measurements, sketches, and shop drawings Use standard welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed work for proper fit, finish, and quality Follow established safety procedures and jobsite requirements What We're Looking For Prior experience in welding and metal fabrication Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Strong attention to measurements, details, and workmanship Experience with sheet metal, machining, or custom fabrication is preferred Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic Applicants who speak English or Spanish are encouraged to apply Se buscan soldadores con experiencia.
