Join a growing manufacturing team in Orlando as a TIG Welder (GTAW) in a temp-to-hire position. Job Duties Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on a variety of metals and fabricated components Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Prepare materials through fitting, cleaning, grinding, and alignment Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Use measuring tools and fabrication equipment as needed Follow welding procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards Complete production documentation and maintain a clean work area Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Minimum 2 years of recent, consistent TIG welding experience Experience welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Ability to pass a welding qualification test AWS, ASME, API, or similar certifications are a plus Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Ready to take the next step in your welding career?
