Job Description

PrideStaff West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced TIG Welder with thin metal experience, for our client in business more than 50 years! If you are seeking a stable and established manufacturing company in the West Palm area to call home, call us now!! The Welders that we are seeking will exhibit the ability and willingness to learn new technologies/techniques and new processes. The work schedule will be Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and 401K. Our chosen Welders will be tested and show confidence and skill with: Welds metal parts together using TIG welding processes. Ability to use a variety of arc and gas welding equipment to fabricate or repair products. Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding Welding components together in sequence following work order instructions using such tools as square, level, caliper or ruler for this task Arranging components as based on blueprints and work order instructions. Clamping, holding, argon purging, tack-welding, or grinding weld components as necessary to satisfy the quality requirements and create a welded final product. Control the processes of welding to avoid problems in relation to overheat, distortion, expansion or shrink of stainless To qualify for this position, you will be subject to a weld test that is on par with performance standards: All welds must pass inspection no failures All work meets blueprint specifications.
