Work Schedule:

M-F / 7am - 330pm (OT when available)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain all safety requirements, trainings, and welding standards Cut cracked corners of form frames Clean and weld corners and holes Use of hand operated amp controls TIG welding 1/8 aluminum, vertical MIG welding 1/8 steel, vertical Prepping and grinding material Replacing ends and mid-rails Check alkus and paint Overhead Crane usage for stacking - training will be provided

Skills and Qualifications:

Welding Certification or TIG welding with thumb gun preferred General product knowledge Best safety practices Inspection and welding processes Location of products and supplies Technical capacity Ability to work within a team setting

Training/Experience:

Basic understanding of computer use Good interpersonal, communication, and listening skills Ability to use an assortment of hand tools Welding equipment knowledge Attention to detail, alertness, patience, and consistency Ability to diagnose welding equipment issues Accuracy and precision while welding Ability to ensure loud noises, varying temperatures Equipment knowledge: Hand operated amp controls/ Plasma cutter/
