Mon-Thu, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (4-day workweek — every weekend is a 3-day weekend)

What You'll Do MIG, TIG, and stick welding on mild steel, stainless, and aluminum Read shop drawings, tape, and weld symbols Fit-up, tack, and weld out structural and architectural assemblies Keep your work area clean and organized (yes, that includes sweeping) Hit deadlines without sacrificing quality What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of professional welding/fabrication experience Pass a hands-on weld test across multiple processes and positions Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need babysitting Reliable. On time. Boots on the floor when shift starts at 6:30 Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods Work in full PPE in hot conditions Comfortable working overhead, in tight spaces, and on lifts Steady hands and good eyesight (correctable) Pre-Employment Weld test Drug screening Background check Pay & Benefits $22-$26/hr based on weld test and experience 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 6:30-5:00) Weekly pay, direct deposit every
