We're looking for a dependable Welder / Fabricator who takes pride in quality workmanship. In this role, you'll use welding and fabrication skills to build, assemble, and repair metal components while maintaining a safe, organized work area. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well with a team, and can turn drawings and measurements into accurate, finished work. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions. Measure, mark, cut, fit, and assemble metal components to specifications. Perform welding using the processes appropriate for the material and project. Operate fabrication equipment and tools, including saws, grinders, drills, and cutting equipment. Inspect welds and finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements. Identify and correct fit-up, alignment, and fabrication issues. Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment. Maintain tools and equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep projects moving and meet deadlines. Qualifications Previous welding and metal fabrication experience. Ability to read a tape measure, follow drawings, and perform basic shop math. Understanding of welding techniques, metal preparation, and fit-up. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
