From local gyms to world-class championships, the equipment we build supports competition at every level. We're looking for skilled welders who take pride in quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and building products used by athletes across the country.
Pay & Schedule Pay:
$20-$25/hour, based on experience and demonstrated welding proficiency
Bonus Eligible:
Up to 20% bonus potential, paid bi-weekly and quarterly
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime opportunities as needed
Position Type:
Hourly, Full-Time What You'll Do Perform TIG and/or MIG welding on steel and aluminum components Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications Set up welding equipment, including jigs, gas pressure, wire speed, and amperage Complete welds according to quality, safety, and production standards Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy Measure and verify work using templates, straightedges, and other measuring tools Perform water-tight welds and occasional pipe welding up to 8 inches Remove weld splatter and maintain a clean work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Move completed products to the next stage of the manufacturing process What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years of age Proven TIG and/or MIG welding experience on steel and/or aluminum Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand tolerances Ability to perform continuous welds up to 24 inches preferred Ability to accurately read a tape measure Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and work in a drug-free environment Starting pay is based on welding experience, skill level, and demonstrated proficiency.
