We are seeking a skilled and dependable Welder to fabricate and assemble durable roll-off containers, hoppers, and related products. Job Responsibilities Perform MIG welding and fabrication of steel components Weld and assemble roll-off containers, hoppers, and related products Follow work instructions, drawings, and measurements to ensure accurate fabrication Inspect welds and finished work to ensure quality standards are met Safely operate welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining quality Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous welding experience preferred Ability to perform quality MIG welds Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure to the 1/16th of an inch Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members Positive team-oriented attitude with a willingness to contribute to a productive work environment Self-motivated and able to take initiative by identifying tasks, addressing issues, and working proactively with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Monday - Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm, Friday 5:00am-10:00am 1st Shift Benefits Opportunities for pay increases based on skills and performance.
