Full Job Description Schedule:
~50 hrs/week

MANDATORY
if scheduled 1st shift
Pay:
Up to $24/hr with additional bonuses based on attendance and production
Hours:
5AM-3:30PM MON-FRI; 5AM-1:30PM SAT as needed 2nd shift

4PM-2:30AM MON-FRI; 2:30PM-10:30PM SAT as needed We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on MIG welding experience and must be able to pass a 2G (horizontal position) weld test to meet our certification standards. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies per blueprints, work orders, and layout specifications Weld in flat and horizontal positions to required standards Inspect finished welds for quality, dimensions, and conformance to specifications Set up and adjust welding equipment including wire feed speed, voltage, and gas flow Prepare materials by cleaning, degreasing, and fitting up parts prior to welding Qualifications 2+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment Must be able to pass a 2G weld test upon hire Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders Experience with proper fit-up and weld preparation techniques High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in various positions including flat and horizontal Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
