Who We're Looking For We're looking for skilled Welders with hands-on experience in steel and stainless steel fabrication. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and brings a solid foundation in welding and fabrication. You'll be working on complex, heavy-duty industrial components — everything from custom ductwork to bulk storage tanks — and we count on every weld being right the first time. Key Responsibilities Accurately fit and weld steel and stainless steel components Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols Operate MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding equipment Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Contribute to continuous improvement efforts Stay current with welding practices and techniques Perform other duties as needed to support the team
What You'll Need Experience:
Minimum 1 year of welding and fit-up experience (industrial or metal fabrication preferred)
Discipline:
Ability to work independently, especially on 2nd shift, with strong time management and initiative
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding; comfortable working with steel and stainless
Blueprint Reading:
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs
Detail-Oriented:
Committed to quality and craftsmanship in every weld
Teamwork:
Willingness to collaborate and support your teammates
Safety-Minded:
Understands and follows all safety procedures and protocols
Problem Solver:
Able to troubleshoot and adapt as challenges arise on the job
