Job DescriptionBosch Home Solutions is seeking a Brazer 1. This position perform critical assembly line and sub-assembly brazing operations on air conditioning units and associated equipment with copper tubingKey ResponsibilitiesRead and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructionsHandle materials to and from workstationPerform critical brazing operations requiring extreme precision and careMaintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow in all directionsDetermine material preparation, filler metal, and flux requirementsAdjust torch flame and tips for various brazing operationsMaintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience Brazing, welding, soldering preferredAbility to read OMS and quality specificationsExcellent attention to detailCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement supportAdditional InformationIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
