Description Job Summary:
To install accessories including company manufactured parts on aircraft engines.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs routine operations necessary to install standard and optional accessories as prescribed by blueprints, detailed instructions and standard shop practices prior to installation of engines in aircraft. Makes occasional installation and adjustment of accessories after engine is in aircraft. Uses hand tools such as torque wrenches, impact wrenches, screwdrivers, socket wrenches and hammers. Performs functional tests as required. Responsible for quality of own work. Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications Education:
Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification. Interprets simple drawings, apply simple arithmetic and use some measuring instruments.
Experience:
0-3 months mechanical or related experience.

Somewhat disagreeable working conditions due to continuous exposure to noise level of work area Textron Aviation Inc. must comply with U.S export control laws and regulations.
