Ambient Recruiting has partnered with a client in Belding who is seeking experienced welder/fabricators to add to their team. Fabricators work with our engineering team to build industrial machinery. Fabricators must have industry experience and be able to read and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG/TIG welding and general welding duties according to job specifications and quality standards Perform general metal fabrication, including cutting, fitting, grinding, and assembly of components. Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and job specifications to ensure accurate fabrication. Properly identify and select raw materials specified on work orders for each job. Work closely and communicate effectively with management, sales, engineering, and other team members to ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality, dimensional, and customer requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Follow all company safety procedures and proper use and care of welding equipment, tools, and machinery. Assist with other fabrication and production tasks as needed.

Requirements:
