Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TIG Welder . We are seeking someone who has some experience in TIG training, whether that's just schooling or on job experience.

We will provide hands-on training to show specific TIG welding duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate TIG welder to fabricate aluminum materials to specified dimensions Read and interpret basic shop drawings and prints Accurately measure materials using a tape measure Ensure all parts meet quality standards and tolerances Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Assist with material handling and moving parts as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions Comfortable reading dimensioned prints (training provided) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn
