Job Description
Overview We are seeking a entry level Welder to join our dynamic team in Spring Lake, MI. If you have a passion for metalwork and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality metal components and structures, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. Join us in crafting exceptional products that make a difference! Responsibilities Set up and operate welding equipment for production runs. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Perform MIG welding to fabricate metal components. Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding issues as they arise. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
