at LC Staffing in Missoula, Montana, United States Job Description Welder Missoula, MT A Missoula manufacturing and assembly company is looking to add a Welder to their fun and successful team. The Welder will play assist in the production of high-quality, commercial-grade stainless steel swimming pool equipment. As a Welder, you'll be responsible for fabricating and welding parts and assemblies that are vital to creating durable, state-of-the-art pool products. Your work will directly impact the success of our manufacturing process, ensuring we meet demand and fulfill work orders efficiently and on time. Monday through Friday - 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:
Interpret and work from product specifications, blueprints, and work orders, performing required mathematical calculations Perform MIG and TIG welding on 304L and 316L stainless steel in all positions Safely operate and maintain shop equipment, power tools, hand tools, and PAPR respiratory systems Assemble, position, and clamp components; grind and finish welded joints to meet quality standards Inspect completed products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality control procedures Collaborate with shop leads and team members to meet production schedules, manage materials, and maintain consistent attendance and performance
Qualifications:
