Welder Job Description:

PrideStaff is currently working with several local manufacturing and fabrication shops seeking multiple skilled welders. The Welder will follow diagrams and blueprints to weld metal components, including aluminum, steel, and other metals. The ideal Welder candidate has at least one year of experience with MIG and TIG welding, as well as hands-on experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment. The Welder position is a full-time, direct-hire position in Charlotte, NC.

Welder Job Responsibilities:

Prepare Materials for Welding by cutting, Grinding & Cleaning Metal Surfaces Weld Metal & Aluminum Components Accurately while Maintaining Strict Quality & Production Standards Follow Technical Drawings, Schematics & Weld Symbols to Fabricate & Assemble Parts Check Finished Work for Defects & Ensure it Meets Quality Standards; Grind & Finish Welds as Needed May be Required to Cut, Bend, Drill & Shape Aluminum Using Fabrication tools such as Press Brakes, Shears & Saws Follow all Safety & PPE Guidelines Other Duties as

Assigned Welder Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 1+ Years of Welding & Fabrication Experience (Aluminum & Steel) Required Strong Proficiency in

MIG & TIG

Welding Ability to Read & Interpret Blueprints, Technical Drawings, Measurements & Work Orders Must be Able to Stand, Bend, Squat, Climb 7 Lift up to 50
