Job Description
We are placing a MIG Welder for a temp-to-hire 2nd shift role at an industrial manufacturing facility in the Denver, NC area. This role involves setting welding fixtures and MIG welding joints on a variety of parts. All candidates must have prior welding experience and must pass both a math/ruler assessment and an on-site weld test before being approved to start.

DOE (Depending on Experience) — includes 10% shift differential What you'll do:- Set up and adjust welding fixtures to prepare parts for welding operations
- Perform MIG welding on joints across a variety of parts and components
- Maintain consistent weld quality and accuracy throughout each shift
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor What you'll need:
- Prior MIG welding experience required — candidates without verifiable welding experience will not be considered
- Must successfully complete a Math/Ruler Test (scoring 5-8) during initial screening at our office
- Must pass an on-site weld test at the facility prior to approval to start — no exceptions
- 2nd shift availability required
