Graver Technologies is an Industrial Filter Element and Filter Housing (Vessel) Manufacturer located in Honeoye Falls, NY and a member of The Marmon Group (a Berkshire Hathaway Company), an international corporation with more than $8 billion in annual sales. We are seeking 1st and 2nd Shift Welders to work in our Vessel Shop to support the manufacture of High-Pressure Vessels & Filter Housings.

Shift Hours:
6:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday) •Summary:
The welder is capable of performing a variety of welding functions. The individual should be familiar with and capable of using various types of welding equipment. A welder is also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervision deems necessary.Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Weld and document production of products.
- Ability to Read and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements.
- Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions.
- Be able to move parts in and move finished product out of welding area.
- Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure products meet all specifications.
- Complete all required documentation that relate to product produced.
- Document and report raw material consumption for all finished product.
- Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel. Provide the data necessary to help properly disposition nonconforming material.
- Ensure all operations conform to our
ISO 9001
2015 standards.Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in on-the-job MIG and TIG welding- High school diploma or GED.
- ASME Code welding certification preferred.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to use various measuring instruments.
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
