Job description: Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help us produce high-quality metal structures and parts that meet project specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse fabrication projects in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical skills to deliver exceptional craftsmanship. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components. Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other materials. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding techniques to join metals securely according to ASME codes & standards. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and tape measures to ensure dimensional accuracy of fabricated parts. Execute pipe threading, frame/guard manufacturing, and assembly of mechanical components with rigging and mechanical knowledge. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to construction site practices, crane operation, forklift handling, and power tool usage. Collaborate with team members on fabrication projects involving plasma cutting, press brake operations, machining, soldering, and assembly tasks. Qualifications Commitment to safety.
