Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator (FCAW) to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate, fit, and weld custom ASME pressure vessels and process tanks from print to finished product. This is not repetitive production welding. Every project is different, requiring strong fabrication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Shift Opportunities 1st

6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday 2nd

Shift:

2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday-Friday Responsibilities Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints Fit, fabricate, and weld custom ASME pressure vessels and process tanks Perform FCAW welding and related fabrication work Assemble vessel components including shells, heads, nozzles, and structural attachments Verify dimensions and quality throughout fabrication Follow safety, quality, and production requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Experience with FCAW (flux core) welding in a fabrication or manufacturing environment Primary welding process is FCAW. Experience with GTAW (TIG) and GMAW (MIG/Hardwire) welding is preferred. Qualified candidates will be required to complete pre-employment weld testing, including

FCAW, GTAW

(TIG), and GMAW plate welding and pipe welding. Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints Experience fitting, fabricating, and assembling welded components Ability to accurately use common measuring tools Experience using standard fabrication shop tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work safely and follow established procedures Reliable attendance and ability to work independently as well as part of a team Previous experience with pressure vessels, tanks, piping, or heavy fabrication is preferred Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Why Join Buckeye?
