• This is a production pay position via "piece work", with the potential to make up to $30 per hour

Summary We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our team at Oliver Technologies, Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and integrity of our foundation products. Located in a dynamic work environment, you will play a key role in supporting our mission of excellence. The ideal candidate will be able to perform basic Welder Machine set-up and troubleshooting actions. The successful candidate must have the ability to:

• report production output and units completed per shift
• report quality reject and scrap per shift
• report lost time due to interruptions

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

MIG welding experience is Preferred. Proven to be self-motivated and maintain a positive attitude Willingness to be trained and train others Able to lift 30 lbs. frequently without assistance and 30+ lbs. occasionally Maintain a clean workstation

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm (4x10 work schedule) This role reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
