Opportunity:

Maintain critical metals needed for the production process. Ensure accurate operation record keeping, documenting all processing steps both on paper and in databases. Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure quality and compliance. Assemble diaphragms and related components as needed.

What You'll Do:

Weld Iridium crucibles according to specifications. Set up and weld various materials and piping using appropriate equipment and processes. Clean metals using a media blaster. Press various metals to meet specifications. Preheat and perform stress-relieving processes. Heat treats parts, tools, and materials (carbonizing, tempering, annealing, stress relieving).

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED. 1 year of experience working with Aluminum. 1 year of experience working in a product-oriented technical-industrial environment. 1 year of experience with hand tools. 1 year of welding experience.

What Sets You Apart:

You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook). Following the process, MPI documentation, and safety procedures. Ability to weld various metals: Iridium, platinum, and aluminum. Detail-Oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
