Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Precision Welder to perform intricate welding tasks on small or delicate components. This role requires exceptional hand-eye coordination, steady hands, and the ability to work with tight tolerances and high-quality standards. Ideal candidates have experience in fine fabrication, micro-welding, or working with thin materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform precision welding on small, delicate, or thin materials using techniques such as TIG (GTAW) or micro-welding and MIG Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with high accuracy Maintain tight tolerances and consistent weld quality across intricate components Set up and calibrate welding equipment for fine-detail applications Work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, or specialty alloys Conduct finishing work such as grinding, polishing, and smoothing welds Follow strict safety and quality control procedures Document work and report any defects or inconsistencies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in precision welding, micro-welding, or similar fine-detail work Strong proficiency in TIG welding (preferred for detailed work) and MIG Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work with microscopes or magnification tools Steady hand and strong hand-eye coordination Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements Familiarity with quality inspection standards Patience and focus for repetitive, high-precision tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in industries such as aerospace, medical devices, electronics, or jewelry manufacturing Knowledge of laser welding or orbital welding techniques This job will require a drug screen for pre-employment
Work Environment:
Clean, controlled environment (may resemble a lab or precision manufacturing setting) Work may involve sitting for extended periods while performing detailed tasks Use of magnification tools, fine instruments, and specialized welding equipment Key Traits for

Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
