• About the

Role:

• We are seeking dedicated and skilled Structural Welders for a position. You will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating structural components, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to specifications within a supportive work environment.
• Job Duties:
• Perform structural welding using SMAW, MIG, and Flux-Core
• Weld and assemble components such as beams, frames, brackets, and platforms
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment properly
• Inspect welds for quality, and structural integrity
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Must Have /

Qualifications:

• Proven structural welding experience

REQUIRED

• Experience with SMAW, MIG, and Flux-Core
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Must speak, read, and understand English
• Ability to pass welding test
• Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
• Industrial shop environment
• Stand for 10-12 hour shifts
• Climb ladders and work around heavy equipment
• Dress Code Requirements:
• Hard Hat
• Safety Glasses
• Steel-Toed Boots
• Welding Hood
• Disqualify If:
• No structural welding experience
• No experience with SMAW, MIG, or Flux-Core
• Cannot read or interpret blueprints
• Unable to stand for long hours (10-12 hrs)
• Cannot pass welding test
• Does not speak/read English for safety purposes

Structural Welders Qualifications:

Experience with SMAW, MIG, and/or Flux-Core structural welding processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings. Ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders. Must be available to work night/overnight shifts, Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM. Must wear required

PPE:

hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.
