MIG & TIG
Welders/Fabricators
  • Stainless Steel1st Shift | Full-Time | $21.00
  • $26.00 per Hour We are seeking experienced MIG and TIG Welders/Fabricators to join our growing manufacturing team. Candidates should have experience with stainless steel fabrication, blueprint reading, and custom manufacturing environments . Schedule Monday
  • Thursday 5:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM Occasional Friday overtime Responsibilities Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on stainless steel components.
Fabricate, fit, assemble, tack weld, grind, and finish custom products. Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols. Set up and operate MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding equipment. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met. Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely. Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience. Experience welding stainless steel in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings. Strong fabrication and troubleshooting skills. Ability to use measuring tools accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Experience performing both MIG and TIG welding. Custom fabrication experience. Aluminum welding experience. Welding certifications. Experience in a made-to-order manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions throughout the shift. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Compensation & Benefits $21.00
