Role:

We're looking for highly skilled welders who take pride in their work. If you can read a blueprint, lay a precise weld, and hold yourself to a high standard, we want to talk. All candidates will complete a blueprint comprehension test and a hands-on weld evaluation. Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Robotic welding on carbon and stainless steel Interpret weld symbols and blueprints; place precise welds and repair defects as needed Set up components for welding according to specifications Perform weld machine maintenance including torches, wire barrels, contact tips, nozzles, and diffusers Inspect completed welds to ensure they are free of scale, spatter, and defects Measure work pieces using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to confirm conformance to specs Operate overhead cranes Log job information into computer systems Adhere to all safety standards and procedures Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on welding experience in a fabrication environment (required) Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and weld symbols (required) Proficiency with measuring tools — calipers, micrometers, tape measures (required) Basic math skills (required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (required) Compensation Starting from $26.00/hr•based on experience +$2.00/hr second shift premium Shift Options 1st

5:00am•3:00pm, Monday-Thursday (Fridays as needed) 2nd
