Job Description

Overview We are seeking a Vice President, Marketing, who is a visionary and results-driven leader to build and lead a high-performing internal marketing organization that strengthens our culture, elevates our brand, develops people, creates scalable marketing operations, and equips the company for its next chapter of growth. The VP, Marketing will provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to a growing marketing team while serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on brand positioning, communications, storytelling, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate combines executive-level strategic thinking with operational excellence, possessing the ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives while building scalable processes, inspiring creative excellence, and delivering measurable results. Brand Leadership & Stewardship Serve as the guardian of the company brand and ensure consistency across all companies, platforms, communications, and experiences. Guide brand architecture, positioning, messaging frameworks, and visual identity standards. Lead initiatives that strengthen the company's reputation, employer brand, thought leadership, and market influence. Ensure brand integrity across all internal and external communications. Communications & Executive Positioning Provide strategic oversight of executive communications, corporate messaging, public relations, and thought leadership programs. Partner with senior leadership to develop key narratives, presentations, speaking engagements, and major announcements. Guide crisis communication planning and reputation management efforts. Ensure alignment between corporate objectives and communication strategies. Internal Communications & Culture Develop and lead the company's internal communications strategy. Partner with executive leadership to communicate vision, priorities, and organizational updates. Strengthen employee engagement through meaningful storytelling. Support onboarding, recognition, company meetings, and culture-building initiatives. Team Leadership & Development Build, lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team consisting of designers, videographers, content creators and communication professionals. Establish clear priorities, expectations, workflows, and accountability measures. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Support professional development and succession planning within the department.
Pay:
$140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
