$45 - $55 Our client, a well-known tax system provider, is actively hiring for a Social Media Community Manager to join their team in San Diego, CA! This role will be hybrid and will require 3x a week onsite. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting their Consumer Group Communications team and the brand's social media channels. You will be engaging with consumers across social channels, including Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Threads on behalf of the brands to drive positive word-of-mouth and build positive brand sentiment. You will grow their subreddits into active, trusted communities and work with various partners across marketing, communications, and customer care.

Contract Duration:

9 months and paid holidays are offered

• What you will be doing:
• + Draw key insights from top-performing content, platform trends, and customer conversations + Contribute to the development of brand playbooks for how to show up in each community + Provide product support, escalate customer service requests, and be the line for help and defense for the customer + Support social communications including reactive responses, clarifications, and message amplification in real time •

Required Skills:
