Demand Generation Specialist West Des Moines, Iowa — Hybrid | Full-Time Role Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. We're Looking for an 'A' Player We're looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused Demand Generation Specialist to sit directly under our Head of Demand Generation, Heather Fritz. This isn't a strategy role; it's the role that makes strategy possible. You'll own the day-to-day work that keeps campaigns moving building and deploying in HubSpot, managing lists, running email programs, and ensuring our demand gen engine runs efficiently. You'll work across both B2B and B2C programs, supporting demand gen for dealers, lenders, and auctioneers through Tractor Zoom Pro, and keeping B2C email programs like Interesting Iron running consistently. Responsibilities Build and deploy email campaigns, nurture sequences, and automated workflows in HubSpot Support always-on B2B and B2C campaigns across farmer, dealer, lender, and auctioneer segments Execute B2C and B2B email programs on a consistent deployment schedule Manage contact list segmentation, lead scoring and contact hygiene in HubSpot, including suppression list management and database accuracy. Enforce UTM governance and naming conventions across all campaigns, ensuring consistent tracking and clean attribution data in HubSpot and Salesforce Support campaign project management help maintain the campaign calendar, track asset deadlines and dependencies, and keep programs on schedule Execute lifecycle stage maintenance in HubSpot — audit contacts for stage accuracy, flag anomalies, and apply corrections based on defined criteria [until we hire a FTE Events Manager] Own event planning, logistics, and nurture sequences before and after each conference Support ABM campaign infrastructure across OEM and dealer segments Coordinate with content and creative team members to get assets into campaigns on schedule Flag capacity gaps early rather than letting programs slip quietly Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or digital marketing HubSpot proficiency — you've built workflows, managed lists, and run email programs in the platform (not just read about it) Comfort working across both B2B and B2C programs simultaneously Strong attention to detail and a track record of shipping on deadline Clear written communication — you can write a subject line, a follow-up sequence, or a creative brief without needing it redone Familiarity with ABM frameworks or account-based campaign execution is a plus Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline attribution is a plus HubSpot certification encouraged Benefits 80% Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Covered 401k Program 11+ Paid Holidays Unlimited PTO Competitive Salary Company Stock Performance-Based Culture Dog-friendly office Hybrid About Tractor Zoom At Tractor Zoom, we're on a mission to transform how the ag industry buys, sells, and values equipment.
