Job Description

Job Overview Holy Spirit School, a Catholic school serving students from two years through Grade 8 , is seeking a dynamic, organized, and mission-driven professional to serve as our Director of Enrollment and Communications . This position plays a vital role in telling the story of Holy Spirit School, strengthening relationships with current and prospective families, supporting student enrollment and retention, and communicating the school's Catholic mission and the outstanding educational experience we provide. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, strategic thinker, relationship builder, and collaborative team member who is passionate about Catholic education and can effectively promote the mission, values, and accomplishments of Holy Spirit School.
Duties include:
  • Implement and refine a formal communications plan focused on strategic level communications to articulate and promote the school's mission, vision, and student outcomes with current school families, prospective families and the community.
  • Enhance and manage the school's marketing plan, including the website and social media channels.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing pieces with third-party graphic designers or marketing firms.
  • Partner with school leadership to maintain and enhance an Enrollment Management Plan, which includes recruitment and retention of students.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the school and the Board's Marketing and Enrollment Committee.
  • Develop the school's alumni outreach program.
  • Partner with PTO leadership to coordinate various fundraising initiatives; develop and manage the PTO budget including the coordination of purchases made through this budget.
  • Work with school resources to manage all constituent data in one database with the ability to track donation history and other donor and demographic data.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organization, the ability to use multiple technology programs, and work collaboratively with others. A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or marketing is preferred. A degree in another field with experience in communications will be considered.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
