- Global Brand Readiness Director - Cell & Gene Therapy (Parkinson's Disease)
- The Global Brand Readiness Director builds the commercial foundations for Bayer's Parkinson's Disease Cell & Gene Therapy assets, Bemdaneprocel or Amevec.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The primary responsibilities of this role, Global Brand Readiness Director - Cell & Gene Therapy (Parkinson's Disease), are to: + Develop global differentiated go-to-market models for Cell & Gene Therapy launch readiness cross-functionally in collaboration with key markets; + Shape the future commercial model for complex therapy delivery, including treatment centers, referral pathways, procedural stakeholders, and patient journey requirements; + Define stakeholder engagement across patients, specialists, neurosurgeons, Centers of Excellence, healthcare institutions, payers, and priority markets; + Lead customer segmentation, market archetypes, targeting, messaging inputs, and scenario recommendations to guide investment and launch decisions; + Partner with global and local teams across commercial, medical, market access, regulatory, and country organizations to align launch priorities; + Build launch readiness frameworks, KPIs, tracking mechanisms and business cases; + Generate actionable insights on customer needs, competitive dynamics, healthcare systems, care pathways, and resource allocation; + Support strategic planning cycles by translating evidence, market feedback, and cross-functional input into clear recommendations for leadership.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree; + Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial strategy, launch excellence, or brand management; + Strong track record in launch planning, and stakeholder engagement; + Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:
+ Advanced scientific, business, or healthcare degree; + 8+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial strategy, launch excellence, or brand management, ideally in global, regional and local roles; + Experience in neuroscience, specialty care, rare disease, advanced therapeutics, or Cell & Gene Therapy. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $180,240.00 - $270,360.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
