Community Relations Director
REPORTS TO
Executive Director At Willow Ridge Senior Living, we believe choosing a senior living community is one of the most important decisions a family can make. As our Community Relations Director (CRD) , you will be the welcoming first connection for prospective residents and their loved ones, guiding them with compassion, professionalism, and expertise throughout their journey. In this highly visible role, you'll create exceptional first impressions, build meaningful relationships, and help families discover the right community for their needs. Through proactive outreach, strong follow-up, and personalized service, you'll play a key role in supporting occupancy growth while ensuring every family experiences the warmth and values that define Willow Ridge Senior Living.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience High School Diploma or Associate Degree required. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. Minimum of 3 years of sales, customer service, marketing, or relationship-building experience. Proven success achieving goals in a performance-driven environment. Experience working with seniors required. Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with community teams. Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive. English proficiency required. Key Responsibilities Respond to all new leads within 30 minutes or less and provide timely, personalized follow-up. Create a welcoming and positive experience for prospective residents and their families. Coordinate and schedule community visits, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to tour. Communicate effectively with community teams regarding lead activity, appointments, and family needs. Listen carefully to family concerns and match prospects with the most appropriate community when needed. Maintain a thorough understanding of community services, resident qualifications, and move-in processes. Manage all new pre-tour leads during the first 10 days in accordance with the Community Sales Plan. Consistently contribute to occupancy growth and achievement of move-in goals. Develop and nurture community relationships and unpaid referral sources. Plan and execute outreach initiatives that increase community awareness and engagement. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners. Manage duplicate lead notifications and declines in accordance with referral source agreements and required timelines. Maintain extensive knowledge of community events, team members, resident ambassadors, and available services. Travel up to one week per quarter to gain firsthand community experience and strengthen market knowledge. Perform additional duties as assigned. Why Join Willow Ridge Senior Living? Pay:
$62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
