Job Description
Experience :
Minimum four years progressively responsible management experience with a minimum (4) of three (3) of relevant job experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, community relations, public affairs, nonprofit work, or healthcare outreach. Experience working directly with community organizations and diverse populations. Familiarity with Solano and/or Yolo County communities strongly preferred.Skills :
Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to represent the organization professionally in community and public-facing settings. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and community initiatives. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Understanding of community health needs and social determinants of health. Understanding of public affairs, government relations, or civic engagement principles within a healthcare or nonprofit environment. Ability to track engagement activity, outcomes, and metrics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM or stakeholder tracking tools. Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive engagement. Based on business need. Monday through Friday; eight hours each day. Evening, weekend, and holiday assignments may be required based on community events, with adjusted workweek schedules as needed. Optional hybrid schedule with regular on-site and community presence required.Compensation :

Compensation Structure NorthBay Health uses a structured compensation framework. Staff-level positions use a step-based system (Steps 1-5) based on years of directly related experience, with Step 5 representing 20 or more years of experience in the role. Manager level and above positions are paid a fixed annual base salary and are eligible for a variable incentive compensation plan. Physician compensation is structured based on specialty and role requirements. Remote Work Disclosure NorthBay Health is primarily an onsite organization due to the nature of healthcare. Some roles may allow hybrid or remote work based on business needs.
