Entry Level Communications Associate Responsibilities Introduce customers to Verizon FiOS services and available promotions through direct communication. Explain internet services and solutions in a clear, professional manner. Build positive customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Verizon FiOS services. Assist with account enrollment and ensure accurate customer information. Participate in ongoing training and contribute to team sales goals while representing Verizon FiOS professionally. Entry Level Communications Associate Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in customer engagement, communications, and sales. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous customer-facing, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
