A prestigious cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery practice in Southern California is seeking a Content Creator to join our marketing team. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional who can capture compelling patient stories, treatment highlights, and behind-the-scenes content that brings our brand to life across social media. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that works closely with healthcare providers and the content team to develop engaging visual and digital content. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Brainstorm content concepts and plan the calendar in collaboration with providers, coordinating daily on shoot schedules Film and edit both photo and video content, long-form to short-form, using CapCut and Adobe Lightroom Capture procedures, before/afters, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage, always within signed consent Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and RedNote, keeping every post on-brand and on-voice Organize files via Dropbox and track tasks/deadlines using Notion or Monday Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in the practice's brand voice Track content performance and spot trends/formats that grow reach and following, not just maintain it Ensure all content follows patient consent protocols and medical advertising compliance

Qualifications:

2-4 years of hands-on experience filming and editing both long-form and short-form content Proficient with CapCut, Adobe Lightroom, Dropbox, and a project management tool (Notion, Monday, or similar) Data-oriented, comfortable tracking performance metrics to inform content decisions Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and technology Experience working within a team environment on shared deadlines, and comfortable working across departments (providers, front desk, marketing) Receptive to feedback and revisions, takes criticism constructively Agency experience a plus Experience creating content for other business owners, entrepreneurs, influencers, or short commercial productions a plus LinkedIn and/or Pinterest experience a plus Mandarin a plus Detail-oriented and able to manage a content calendar independently Qazi Cosmetic Center is an equal opportunity employer.
