Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling content across various platforms; including graphics, videos and written posts that reflect our brand voice Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility. Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to adapt strategies based on audience feedback. Manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to drive traffic and conversions. Analyze web analytics using tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and the community to enhance public relations efforts.Knowledge / Skills

Required:
Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or an MBA with a marketing/digital media concentration Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing. Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Proficient in content creation, video editing, and photography. Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Insurance industry background (or relevant industry experience, as applicable).Preferred:
Certification in digital marketing, social media strategy, or content marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite Academy, Meta Blueprint), active or in progress. Experience in manufacturing, distribution, service environments, insurance, or other relevant industries. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, or advanced reporting/analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Power BI, Tableau) and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data visualization). Knowledge of SEO best practices, paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), influencer partnerships, or email marketing platforms. Experience with content calendars, editorial planning, and campaign performance analysis (if applicable). Experience coordinating brand or reputation audits, including crisis communication or PR exposure. Demonstrated ability to standardize workflows, shorten content production timelines, and automate social media scheduling and reporting. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with Sales, HR, and IT departments.Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Continually required to sit for extended periods while working at a computer or reviewing financial documents. The noise level is moderate and typical of a busy office environment. Position is fully on‑site; remote work is not available for this role. Office‑based position with standard business hours. Occasional extended hours required during month‑end, quarter‑end, year‑end close, audits, or system/process rollouts. Limited travel may be required for training, vendor meetings, or collaboration with other company locations.Pay:
