Social Media Strategist & Content Coordinator Maimone Legal PLLC Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $62,000 a year 18 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Research Full Job Description Position Overview Maimone Legal is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Strategist & Content Coordinator to support the marketing and social media needs of Maimone Legal and its affiliated brands. This individual will assist with social media strategy, copywriting, content development, publishing, community engagement, and campaign coordination across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to turn business goals, legal topics, trends, and brand ideas into engaging content that builds awareness, strengthens our online communities, and generates meaningful engagement. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager, social media team, videographers, graphic designers, attorneys, and other internal departments to ensure content is created, approved, and published consistently. Key Responsibilities Assist with developing and executing social media strategies across all Maimone Legal brands. Create and manage weekly and monthly social media content calendars. Write captions, scripts, social media copy, promotional messaging, and calls to action. Develop creative concepts for reels, educational videos, interviews, graphics, campaigns, and brand-focused content. Research relevant industry topics, audience interests, platform trends, and content opportunities. Coordinate with attorneys, staff members, videographers, editors, and designers to produce content. Assist with planning content shoots, preparing questions, developing talking points, and creating shot lists. Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Ensure all content reflects the correct brand voice, messaging, visual standards, and marketing objectives. Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and community activity across social media accounts and online groups. Respond to audience questions and comments professionally while escalating legal or client-specific inquiries when necessary. Support marketing campaigns, events, promotions, webinars, podcasts, and company announcements. Repurpose podcasts, long-form videos, interviews, and educational content into social media posts and short-form concepts. Review content for spelling, grammar, accuracy, branding, and overall quality before publication. Track content performance, identify successful topics and formats, and assist with monthly social media reporting. Recommend adjustments to content strategy based on engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign results. Maintain organized content libraries, project trackers, approval documents, and publishing schedules. Assist the Marketing Manager with additional creative and marketing projects as needed. Qualifications Experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, communications, or a related role. Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and creative-concept development skills. Knowledge of major social media platforms and their content formats, trends, and best practices. Experience using scheduling and project-management platforms. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools is preferred. Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines. Comfortable working with attorneys, executives, creatives, clients, and internal team members. Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. They can develop a strong content idea, write compelling copy, coordinate the people needed to bring it to life, and ensure it is published correctly and on schedule. They should be comfortable supporting multiple brands while maintaining a distinct and consistent voice for each one.
