Social Media & Content Creator Part-Time | Hourly Pay | Flexible Schedule We are seeking a creative, energetic, and social media-savvy Content Creator to help grow the online presence of our three restaurants within our beachfront location. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating engaging food, restaurant, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content and knows how to turn everyday restaurant moments into content people want to watch and share. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has a strong eye for aesthetics and current social media trends, and enjoys being around a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Create original photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos of food, drinks, restaurant atmosphere, staff, events, and special promotions Develop creative Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other engaging social content Stay current with social media trends, sounds, formats, and content styles Help develop monthly and weekly content ideas and posting plans Attend restaurant events, specials, and busy services to capture content in real time Coordinate with restaurant management to promote specials, events, new menu items, and other initiatives Edit photos and videos for social media using appropriate editing apps/software Help maintain a consistent and recognizable brand presence across all three restaurants Monitor engagement and use social media insights to help improve content Bring new creative ideas to the table and take initiative without needing constant direction Qualifications Previous social media, content creation, photography, marketing, or similar experience preferred Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok Comfortable filming and appearing behind the camera in a busy restaurant environment Strong photography and videography skills using a phone or camera Familiarity with video and photo editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar Creative eye for food, lifestyle, and hospitality content Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Strong communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and work around a restaurant's changing schedule Schedule This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Hours will vary based on restaurant needs, upcoming events, promotions, and content opportunities. Must be comfortable working some evenings, weekends, and during special events as needed. Flexibility is important, as some of the best content happens during evenings, weekends, and busy services. Compensation Starting at $20/hour, with potential for growth and additional opportunities based on experience, performance, and the needs of the business.
