Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional Sundays depending on events About the Role We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Content Creator / Manager to join our event-industry team. This is not just a posting or scheduling position. The most important part of this role is being able to attend events and capture high-quality photo and video content that looks polished, creative, and engaging. You should have a strong eye for detail, understand how to capture décor, weddings, entertainment, and event moments, and know how to turn that footage into strong Instagram Reels, Stories, and social media content. @exclusiveevents.co Responsibilities Attend weddings, events, installations, and company activities to capture content. Shoot high-quality vertical video and photography for social media. Create Instagram Reels, Stories, posts, and other short-form content. Edit photos and videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms. Manage social media accounts across multiple brands. Develop and maintain content calendars. Write captions and create engaging social media concepts. Schedule and publish content consistently. Follow current social media trends and create content that feels current and relevant. Help manage paid social media campaigns when needed. Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and overall content performance. Maintain and organize our photo and video content library. What We Are Looking For Strong photography and videography skills. Strong short-form video and Reel creation skills. Ability to capture an event creatively without needing constant direction. Understanding of angles, lighting, composition, transitions, and storytelling. Experience editing video and photo content. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and similar platforms. Social media management experience is preferred. Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle content is a major plus. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to events when required. Flexible availability for occasional evenings and Sundays. Experience At least 2-3 years of social media, photography, videography, content creation, or related experience is preferred. A formal degree is not required.
